Great location near Galeria Krakowska. Clean and cheap with all necessary amenities like iron, fridge, hob, and washing machine. Friendly and English-speaking staff at reception. Underground parking available. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, including a microwave. Warm and cozy interiors.

The room at Turnau City Aparthotel was clean and modern, with a nice balcony and big windows. The overall design of the room was great, and the breakfast being delivered to the room was a convenient option. The location of the apartment was excellent, close to the train station and not far from the city center. it was a good choice for the price.

Loved the place, had a pleasant stay at that time. Its location was central, 500 metres from Van Gogh Alive.

Everything was good, including pleasant staff at the reception desk. We got room with nice decor and a spacious bathroom to relax😃

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated on the intersection of two main motorway roads which also have tramlines running through, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are well-equipped with flat-screen TVs and balconies, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the city center, allowing for easy exploration. The breakfast served at this hotel is delicious, especially the tasty scrambled eggs.

Hip new hotel, I loved its central location short walk to old town and shopping centre and the central station and all the main attractions.

Staff and location, they were very good here. The room was very separate, exceptionally comfortable bed. The restaurant had hot food. I enjoyed it, recommendable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was clean and tidy, and we loved having a balcony that caught the afternoon/evening sun. The location was excellent, as it was within easy walking distance of the main railway station and the city center. The apartment itself was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, including the good WiFi and the option to have breakfast on-site, were great. We also appreciated the convenience of parking in the garage under the building.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with taxis readily available on the opposite side of the road. It was also conveniently close to shops, transport, and the main train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was a good size and clean, with effective air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff in the coffee shop were friendly and provided great service.
